Good morning & Hello.  Sorry about the glitch you encounter.  Have you tried a different web browser ?   Which browser were you using ?  Did you clear / delete the brower cache  and try a different time ?

Is your pc on Windows 10 ?   then use the Edge browser  to see  if you do better.

If still no luck,  take a screen image capture showing what's what  & then attach that into a personal message to me.

No, I meant 'IF'  your system is running Windows 10.   Whichever Windows you are on, I meant just see about using a different browser to see if it makes a difference.

Get a screen image & send it to me my P M

yes, the purchase went thru, using chrome on win 10, I just cant understand why 7 wouldnt work, that is odd to me, again thanks for the suggestion and help, currently scanning win 10 computer, license activated, that was the easy part

Glad to read the confirmation that the purchase did succeed.  And yes, I would concur that there is some sort of missing setting or condition on the first browser used.
