Was the intent of this product to anonymize for BBC?  I noted that this feature worked until fairly recently - will it be restored?

Can you please elaborate more on what exactly you mean by anonymize BBC. Do you mean to bypass geophysical boundary restrictions?

I wouldn't say it is the intent of the software but often times can be a benefit of such software. The issue is that often times it is a difficult ongoing battle to be able to circumvent a video streaming sites such as BBC, Netflix, etc. as they often do actively run scripts and other monitoring devices in an attempt to thwart that type of access too.

Preventing access to your real public IP and Location is one of the major benefits. We do continue to work on improvements, but again it is a cat and mouse game trying to achieve what you're wanting to do.

Even Ad or Content blockers fight the cat and mouse game too as one side is actively trying to bypass Ad or Content blocking and the other side is trying to circumvent your blocking to present their Ads.

Thanks for your response.  

It seems unfortunate that some of these services are not offered internationally for a subscription fee for the unique content otherwise not available.  BBC used to have something like that.  I am not sure why it failed
