Hello @Zardiw

You should be able to tap the F8 key to get a menu and then either choose Last Known Good Configuration or Safe Mode

If you're unable to even get into the BIOS then that has nothing to do with anyone's software as the BIOS / UEFI is separate from software installations.

Please provide more details on the issue and we'll be happy to assist you.

Thank you

Apparently I had a USB Device that was preventing my computer from posting.

Sorry.

I have made that mistake more than once with my clients computers.

Well, I usually leave my computer on......only rarely restart it......lets the electronics last longer when they don't power cycle a lot.

But I HAD to restart on the latest Malwarebytes update.

When it wouldn't post, I assumed that the latest Malwarebytes update had put something in the bios to prevent root kits or something, and that it didn't work right.

Anyway, sorry again for expressing my anger so much........

No worries; given the timing and circumstances, it's understandable why you thought Malwarebytes was related to the issue.  We're just glad that you were able to determine the cause of the problem and get it solved.

If we may be of assistance with anything else please let us know.

Thanks
