How to recover deleted quarantined files.

Yesterday I wanted to try Malwarebytes and already made a mistake.
So there where multiple items immediately getting quarantined like it should've, but I didn't want some apps or websites getting quarantined so I removed them.
But that didn't fix it so I uninstalled it Malwarebytes in hopes it would restore it all. But now i see there was an option to restore the quarantined items, And after re-installing it everything ofcourse was lost.

How will I be able to recover deleted quarantined items and restore those?

On the forums there was something about Farbar "Recovery Scan Tool" and "MD-Check" which I've used and have got the files FRST.txt, Addition.txt and MB-Check-results.zip only i am not entirely sure on what to do with it.
If you need more information about the situation I can explain it even further.

Thanks in advance for your time and effort to help.

Thanks for replying so quickly,

Well it seems I didn't explain myself well in the second sentence. I had a lot of items getting quarantined and didn't want them to get quarantined, And
what I thought what would help to get them out of the quaratine was delete it from the "Quaratined items" tabs.
But what i should've done was "Restore" those items, but afterwards looking  in the tab "History" it didn't contain any information anymore. And because of that mistake I hoped
by deleting malwarebytes it would fix everything up but it didn't.

So I redownloaded it and put Bittorrent in my "Allow List" but it's still getting blocked.

With a better explained summary of what happened here I hope to be able to resolve it if possible.
