Input Director being blocked on Windows

Hi,

Several of my users are reporting that a recent update to the Malwarebytes product is blocking Input Director from working. Can you urgently rectify. 

Is it possible to permanently whitelist Input Director - I have had to raised issues with Malwarebytes interfering with Input Director several times over the years?

Thanks for reporting, can you provide the logs and the file being detected?

Hi,

I'm not a Malwarebytes user myself. I'm receiving reports from users. One user has raised a support ticket with Malwarebytes (#3241849) regarding this issue.

 

The core executables for Input Director are:

InputDirector.exe

InputDirectorSessionHelper.exe

IDWinService.exe

IDConfig.exe

RemoteFileLauncher.exe
