Due to erratic issue, going to safe mode not likely to work (as it's temporary and limited access, can't go with it) and on Kaspersky, it's trial is ending soon, when will check out with defender in place. No control over ISP,asthey havealready rcommended 220. server for DNS resolution. In regard to router, working with ethernet mode only sans wifi mode and can try any mobile hotspot mode disconnecting from router and see if it is trouble free (will try it if problem persists). and the Linux approach too. tks.
