We have an entire computer lab for students that reports the Backdoor.Bot. Sophos Anti-Virus is currently our campus-wide solution. We use MalwareBytes to check for suspected issues that Sophos may not be catching. In this case, Sophos failed to detect anything. The MalwareBytes log file is below, along with the HiJackThis log file. This entire lab has been taken off the network, but leaving it off is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forum Phil

"Cannot Remove Backdoor.Bot"

I assume by that you have attempted to fix those items with Mbam ?

End this process with Taskmanager (if possible)

C:\WINDOWS\shvhost.exe

then do a quick scan and fix with Mbam, reboot when prompted

Do another quickscan and post the log please
