False Positive - https://simplefilelist.com

Recommended Posts

Some of my website users are reporting that Malwarebytes is blocking my site. I believe a false positive is happening because I host Wordpress plugin website. These are PHP files within zip archives. I know Gmail will not allow these to be attached to messages.

I also have a demo page for my product in which people can upload files. I understand that PDFs can be problematic, so I delete those without opening as soon as possible. However, your scanner might have saw a bad one before I got it deleted. I have since disabled PDF uploading. Only JPG and PNG files are allowed currently.

I use Wordfence Premium as well as other scanners to keep my site clean. Nothing else is reporting an issue.

Hello, thanks for bringing this to our attention. We've reviewed the site again and have determined it no longer warrants being blocked so we've removed it from our database.

Removal should be reflected in the next database update going out in a few hours or so.
