This fails on both the free trial code and the purchased version and has been an issue for three days without resolve. Submitting a ticket seems to be useless. Does anyone know when this issue will be resolved or where we might demand a full refund seeing that it has never worked for us? Link to post

Second ticket was for my company which I did receive a ticket number. 3219930 I have been tasked to resolve this issue before we try the end point VPN. Link to post

Using your tool mb-support-1.7.0.827 which also ran FRSTEnglish after a total uninstall and several reboots resolved nothing. Link to post
