I understand the frustration though. You were given what was needed in that prior post to correct the issue and would love to see you get the lifetime ones fixed since they are like priceless gold now. You have the needed info on those licenses so that support can reset your keys so you can use them on the new computer. I will agree with the above post they are like "gold" considering i have one myself. I believe they are experiencing many support requests at this time.
