  • Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
  • Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

Hello @mwicharz

The logs indicate that it doesn't recognize your license as valid for the product. Are you sure  you used the correct license?
Did you purchase Malwarebytes Premium and Privacy at the same time?
 

Being the weekend I probably will not be able to get this corrected until Monday. Can you please send me a private message with your purchase and license information and I will see if I can get someone to assist but more than likely it will not be until Monday.
