Malwarebytes Undefined 4.2.1 Help

I dont know whats wrong one day my Malwarebytes broke and now it cannot protect live and its name appears to be "Malwarebytes undefined 4.2.1"

I'm attaching log down as I read other forums and I need to post my log here, I dont know which program could affect Malwarebytes in my system, I will be waiting your answers

I'm not sure if it's the cause of the issues with Malwarebytes or not, but I did identify something in your logs that looks like an infection and I'd like you to allow one of our malware removal specialists to perform an analysis to check.  If the system is infected they'll guide you in getting it cleaned up.  First I'll have you try something to get Malwarebytes working again, but even if it works I'd still like you to post in our malware removal area as I don't want to send you away thinking the system is in proper running order when it might be compromised.

To try and get Malwarebytes working please do the following:

1. Run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
2. Accept the EULA and click Start Repair
3. Please be patient while the tool runs, it can sometimes take several minutes to complete
4. Follow the onscreen instructions and restart your system if prompted to do so to complete the repair process
   

Once that is done, please follow the instructions in this topic, skipping any steps you are unable to complete, then create a new topic in our malware removal area by clicking here and a malware removal specialist will guide you in checking and cleaning your system of any threats.

By the way, in case you're curious, the entry from your logs that gave me concern was the following item listed in your startups:

HKU\S-1-5-21-2628220299-4237077598-903095374-1001\...\Run: [Windows Security Process] => C:\Users\Pc\AppData\Local\Temp\GROWTOPIA_TRAINER.exe <==== ATTENTION

If that's an actual game trainer (which sadly often contain malware because patching the memory of a Windows process is what they do/how they work, but that's also a common tactic of Trojans and the like, though they do so for a more malicious purpose than just enabling cheats in a game), it probably shouldn't be setting itself to run at startup, and it definitely shouldn't be disguising itself as a legitimate/important process by using a title like Windows Security Process.  That title alone makes me think it's malware, because no legit trainer would try and disguise itself as a Windows/system security process or anything other than just a game trainer/cheat engine because a legit trainer/cheat tool has no reason to try and deceive the user that downloaded it, and those tactics certainly won't help conceal it from any video game's anti-cheat tech.
