I did notice a block on the IP you listed and have unblocked it in the meantime pending a database update. Most likely blocked due to https://www.virustotal.com/gui/url/e0dcecabbc14ee79cdca4e53614e52a723229372259f12d02ffb1f1e18fd90c5/detection which isn't resolving for me.
