I did notice you have several different VPN's on your computer including WireGaurd. Malwarebytes uses Wireguard as well.

Wintun-Windows (HKLM\...\{93B2BF1B-F92B-457F-A24C-9B3B1750F8B9}) (Version: 1.0.0.0 - WireGuard,LLC) This is Malwarebytes


WireGuard (HKLM\...\{4F4B56A3-7711-4ED0-B77B-97364FBC38B9}) (Version: 0.1.1 - WireGuard LLC) This seems to be the regular Wireguard.

They might be conflicting as well.
