Can I please have a new Customer Support Person?

I am not happy with support in regards to "Status Expired temporarily extended" problem with my recently paid (September 20) Premium Subscription on ALL of my devices. Malwarebytes Support Ticket 3202886 (The last thing I did was upload gathered logs from one of my screens.) I try to be friendly but I am actually angry and frustrated.

I thought I would try clean reinstall with Support Tool on one machine, while waiting for someone to help and hopefully give me a new key or something..? (My family are driving me crazy.) ..Unfortunately same problem / nothing fixed, but also now accompanied by "We're unable to renew your subscription / Update payment Information" notification message on machines. Patience..😣
