Problem updating credit card info

My license expires at the end of next month. I tried to update my credit card info in my account because it has changed, but I keep getting this error message:

There was a problem updating your payment details. Please try again in a minute or two.

This was with Firefox. I tried Chrome with the same results. That was yesterday and again this morning.

Be aware it can take 5-7 weekdays for a response other that an automated ticket number.

Might also try contacting 2checkout the payment processor for Malwarebytes.
