Website is blocked due to reputation. But only one of our 4 websites.

Hi,

We are Canada's largest sexual health and wellness providers and run 4 different websites but for some reason you have blocked our website https://www.pinkcherry.ca for reputation. We are 4.7 out of 5 stars on Google Customer Reviews with thousands of reviews https://www.google.com/shopping/ratings/account/metrics?q=pinkcherry.ca&c=CA&v=9&hl=en . All our other websites for other countries and wholesale are not blocked so can you please advise why you feel it should be blocked based on reputation. Our customer let us know that you are blocking our site and asked why as well.
