Hello,

We are getting a false positive for a file 'blat.dll' which we ship with our software.  The file is an open source file that we use for sending emails.  The overall application is a service for uploading usage logs from our customers' license servers.  Email is used for notifying users that the upload occurred, or for using email as a method to upload the files.

This is a part of our product and not malware.  Can you please whitelist the file?

Attached is the file (blat.dll), along with other files delivered with it.   The blat.exe file was detected as part of a .cab file from our installer.

Note also that other anti-malware software packages do not flag this file.

Let me know if you have any other questions about this.

Thanks,

Stephen S.
