Massive Virus.

So I had downloaded a file off of the internet and as soon as I extracted it to my desktop I had multiple Programs being installed and random chrome websites opening. I knew I messed up big time but I also knew that Malwarebytes should fix it. So I double clicked Malwarebytes and it told me something about how I needed permission or access to it. My heart dropped because I knew the virus had blocked me off from using Malwarebytes. I went through the files on my computer and used "End Process" to end the ones in the background so that I could delete them (Recycling them) which I don't really know if it workes or not. I decided to check the "Uninstall a Program" page and had noticed it installed something called "Pic version 10.2" and "vict version (forgot the numbers but I'm assuming they were 10.2)." So I went ahead and uninstalled those which caused my computer to shut down out of the complete random. I turned it back on and the loading screen was different. It said "Microsoft Corporation" with a green bar loading above it. When I got back in it reinstalled the Pic and vict things. I was getting really worried at this point. I reinstalled adwcleaner and ran a scan. It found 7 viruses. A mix of PUP's AdWares and a Trojan. I quarantined them and agreed to the restart prompt, but upon restarting (same "Microsoft Corporation" bootup) it had reinstalled the programs and continued to open random chrome websites. I did another scan and it was a new list (still 7) of different viruses. Its blocked off alot of things for me such as certain Chrome Websites and Antivirus program downloads. It continuously restarts at random which makes it very hard to deal with it. I went to my C:/Users/AllUsers/AppData/ and Local, (Im too forgetful so I forgot the other 2) were infested with files made from today (9/26/2020). I deleted almost all of them the best I could and restarting my computer only to get the same results. I'm very very horribly bad at computers. I'm also very worried. So if someone does reply to this please explain in the easiest way possible. Thank you...

Just want to add that I have turned it off an given up. But I am still willing to fight back if someone helps me with this.

Hello Nyve and welcome to Malwarebytes, Run the following: Download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop. Alternative download option: http://www.techspot.com/downloads/6731-farbar-recovery-scan-tool.html Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system (32 bit or 64 bit). If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version. If your security alerts to FRST either, accept the alert or turn your security off to allow FRST to run. It is not malicious or infected in any way... Be aware FRST must be run from an account with Administrator status...   Double-click to run it. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.(Windows 8/10 users will be prompted about Windows SmartScreen protection - click More information and Run.) Make sure Addition.txt is checkmarked under "Optional scans"   Press Scan button to run the tool.... It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please download the attached fixlist.txt file and save it to the Desktop or location where you ran FRST from. NOTE. It's important that both files, FRST or FRST64, and fixlist.txt are in the same location or the fix will not work. NOTICE: This script was written specifically for this user, for use on this particular machine. Running this on another machine may cause damage to your operating system that cannot be undone. Run FRST or FRST64 and press the Fix button just once and wait. If the tool needs a restart please make sure you let the system restart normally and let the tool complete its run after restart. The tool will make a log on the Desktop (Fixlog.txt) or wherever you ran FRST from. Please attach or post it to your next reply. Note: If the tool warned you about an outdated version please download and run the updated version. NOTE-1: This fix will run a scan to check that all Microsoft operating system files are valid and not corrupt and attempt to correct any invalid files. I've restarted the computer through the prompt after FRST but I still can't open malwarebytes. I've tried downloading it multiple times but when I restart the computer after it asks me so it can install it wouldn't be there to use when i get back on. The Icon is also missing.

Just wanted to add that I was able to open adwcleaner. Just not Malwarebytes. It continues to say I need higher access.

Adwcleaner did not open any logs upon restarting the computer.

Just to add that when I try to restart anything there would be a blue circle flickering around the top right area of my mouse, and sometimes it would not restart.

Run FRST one more time, ensure all boxes are checkmarked under "Whitelist" but only Addition.txt under "Optional scan" Select scan, when done post the new logs. "FRST.txt" and "Addition.txt"
