Malwarebytes flagging "chrome.exe" as a Trojan?

Hi, so a friend of mine recommended me to use Malwarebytes instead of what I am currently using (Avast) due to it being way better in general. So, I downloaded it and then now, every single time I go to ANY website, whether it be a direct link or just a Google search, I would get this:

Is this just a false positive? Or something to be worried about? If so, how would I go about removing it?

UPDATE: I reinstalled Chrome and I still get this alert.
