Dear Malwarebytes,

I'm not going to beat around the bush .. I've had enough of Malwarebytes and the support helping me, or not helping me I should say. I've waited for more than an hour to get an agent to chat with me, he advised me to run the support tool, which I did. To this day no reaction from support on the file I send after running the tool. I've edited my hosts file to default, didn't work. I uninstalled my Surfshark VPN, didn't work. I uninstalled Malwarebytes several times with IObit uninstaller and the cleaning tool, that didn't work. I tried the whole deal wired and wireless, doesn't make a difference.

So, I want a full refund, since your website has the refund button really well hidden I'm trying to get my money back this way. If you need more information than below I want you to get in touch with me. Or tell me where the refund button is hiding.
