In translation,  it means that service is started.

I will guide you to cleaning up on the tools I had you use.

It seems to me, that this system should be good to go.

Do one new scan with Malwarebytes for Windows  & let me know the result.

Do one new quick scan with Microsoft Defender antivirus  & let me know the result.

Hello.   I hope you are doing well.   I believe we can go ahead with cleaning  up  after the tools I had you use.

You have FRSTENGLISH  saved at  C:\FRST-tool

To remove the FRST  tool & its work files, do this.  Go to your  Downloads folder.  Do a RIGHT-click on FRSTENGLISH.exe & select RENAME & then change it to UNINSTALL.exe .
Then run that ( double click on it)  to begin the cleanup proceed.

Delete the following files

Start  OTL.exe  and press the CleanUp button. (This will cleanup the tools and logs used including itself)

Any other file that I had you download, you may delete.

I believe we have completed our main quest.   Eh ?

The Windows Update works.    The Microsoft Defender antivirus works.

I'm fine and doing better now this has been solved.

Strangely, the message that firewall is off and should be turned on appears every time I start the computer in the right hand box on the desktop. When I check, the firewall is working so this is a false warning. It is harmless but a bit strange.

Overall I have been very satisfied with your intervention.

Keep up the good work.

In the meantime I wil give you as many likes and thanks as the site will allow.

Thank you for the good news.  Thank you for the likes.   😉

Keep your eyes and ears open for the upcoming Fall 2020 release of the next Microsoft Windows 10 upcoming Version 20H2.

That should start to be available sometime soon over the next few weeks.

Hopefully that Windows Update ( when applied on this machine)  will help further.

I wish you all the best.     😎
