Please save the following file to a USB thumbdrive along with the FRST program and make sure that both files are in the same folder when you run FRST again.

fixlist.txt

Then run FRST and click on the FIX button and let it run.

Reboot the computer and see if it will come back up into Normal Mode now and let me know.

I am working on this computer for my cousin, but I don't think anything specific was happening. She just uses it to track her bowling scores and and other light tasks. I will try this fixlist and let you know what happens. Thanks for your help!
