Malwarebytes flags "BatchInpaint.exe" as Malware - false positive?

I've had this installation in for a long time and suddenly it's flagged as malware. I ran the file scanner at VirusTotal and it did not find any issues. All 69 reported it clean. Reported as "Malware.AI.4264244234".
