On 04/09/2020 I was submitting a security problem, to do so you answered that you needed the zipped file of the Support Tool and that you were opening a ticket whose number is 3180347.

I sent you the file the same day.

Since then and despite a previous reminder (09/09/20) I have no news from you!

This is a security issue so I think it is quite URGENT.

The customer support folks are not in the habit of visiting the forum, so it's unlikely this posting will have much effect in expediting your ticket. I know they have been running a few days behind recently and the long weekend that just occurred has undoubtedly made that worse. When a staff member stops by, I'm sure they will bring your ticket up with the appropriate individuals.

And since I have no idea what your issue is and perhaps it's not appropriate to bring up here in public, I'm afraid I can't offer any more assistance.
