I submitted support ticket 3172771 on 08/29/2020 and still have not had any response except for "do you still need assistance".

I had to replace my computer and when i installed and tried to activate my lifetime subscription, i got error  that my license was blacklisted.

This was purchased from NewEgg and i still have the license ID and Key.

i have signed up for an account but when i try to register the license, it says  i don't have any subscriptions.

please help :)

I have reviewed your Helpdesk ticket. Please reply again to your ticket and upload attachments either in screenshots,  PDF, DOC, or email showing both the license numbers as well as the proof of purchase and once completed let me know and I'll go ahead and see if I can get one of the Support Agents to assist you.
