VPN stopped connecting...

MY Malwarbytes Privacy program quit working on one of my PC's.  Does anyone know how I might go about fixing it?  I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it several times, to no avail.  Any help would be greatly appreciated, as my online activity is currently limited due to privacy concerns.  I tried emailing Malwarbytes for a solution, but they never seem to get back to you.  I did run their diagnostic tool as well Thank you!

Due to backlog, It is taking 5-7 days not including weekends and US Holidays.

Do you have the ticket number from the support request?

Seems like you are not the only one, could you do the following yo see if the issue is the same as the others reporting.

Can you please collect and upload as an attachment the diagnostic data using our MBST?

• Download and run the Malwarebytes Support Tool
• Accept the EULA and click Advanced tab on the left (not Start Repair)
• Click the Gather Logs button, and once it completes, attach the zip file it creates on your desktop to your next reply

Oh...I'll have to see if I can figure out how to do this.  I'll go look for the results in my computer and see if it's in format that can be pasted here.  It just automatically sent the results through when I ran the tool.  Thank you!

You should have the zip file on the Desktop. The file is called mbst-grab-results.zip

You can run the tool again and follow the instructions I gave you and create a new file.

There appears to have been some type of issue on the back end and some users were having an issue connecting. Please restart your computer and let me know if you're still having an issue connecting or not.
