Malwarebytes is slowing my PC and Keyboard.

I have noticed with the recent updates my PC has been really slow and it's happening with my browsers (Chrome/Firefox) when I open them up with malewarebytes running. I have done the clean reinstal using the support tool. Got latest update. What do I need to turn off in advanced settings to have this not happen?

 

I have attached clean results and log gather. Please help, I love this anti virus software and have been a customer for many years now since 2013. I don't want to have to stop using it if it will continue to effect my high end PC like this.
