malwarebytes privacy trial upgrade

Hello

I already have a malwarebytes premium license and decided to give malwarebytes privacy trial a go. When I click on upgrade, I get a message "There are no upgrade options available for this product". I have had no response from support, hence the post.

You should be able to get the free trial using the form on this page if the upgrade option is still failing while you await a response from Support.

I'm using the trial version at the moment but I am unable to upgrade.

I forgot to add the trial version of malwarebytes privacy is using my malwarebytes premium key (4-year license).

OK, you will need to await a response from Support then as it must be something on their end with the licensing/sales system.

What is the ticket number of your support request?

I've found your ticket. Normal response is about 5 to 7 business days due to the high volume. I will go ahead though and see if I can get someone to follow up sooner. As a reminder though Monday is a Federal Holiday in the US so we're officially closed for business tomorrow.
