Two "sister" sites blocked: Please verify, confirm, or approve

Gothamculture.com and gothamgovernment.com are (as of this week) showing as being a phishing risk by Malwarebytes.  I have contacted the website owners to confirm their marketing department didn't do anything to create the problem and have been assured their hosting firm and website designer have not made any changes that would be flagged.  I have a relationship with gothamgovernment.com and Outlook, on my own computer, warns me of a phishing risk even if I do not access (and after I have cleared all cookies and cache files).  This is a rather time sensitive request (sorry).  I have uploaded a log file from one of the detection's (they are all the same).  Thank you in advance.

This is an IP block on 209.182.202.96 and we see abuse reports from Google Safe Browsing, IP blacklist at RiskIQ and Spamhaus.
