Bit concerned that when I clicked on the Malwarebytes logo on the taskbar I see the normal list, with the addition of "Add Web Exclusion for 185.50.248.98" (see image attached). I've never seen this before and when I Google that IP address it is listed as a Phishing site! I certainly don't what to add an exclusion for a phishing site. Perhaps someone could enlighten me on this and tell me how to clear it from the list?

The site you mention is blocked for your protection, but you can also choose to allow it for your own purposes by adding an exclusion.  That exclusion only applies to you (if you allow it) and does not apply to the userbase as a whole.  You still have the choice.  It appears because it was a recently blocked site, and will not continue to be displayed in the future.  I'm not sure where the dividing line is between now and future though.

The info above is correct, though I will also mention that the item will not be listed after the system is restarted or Malwarebytes is restarted.  An item like that is always listed for the most recently blocked website by Web Protection to allow users the opportunity to exclude it easily should they believe that the site is safe/a false positive.

I hope that helps to clarify things a bit.
