Hello,

Trying to see about fixing my parents PC for them, sadly it all has to be done remotely over the phone as they live across the country.  They are currently unable to connect to any websites, when they open internet explorer they get a message about the security certificate.  They are able to ping websites from the command prompt so they do have an internet connection.

They were unable to get MB to complete a scan.  I was able to get AdwCleaner to run and cleared out about 200 problems.  They seem to be having some issues starting with BSOD whenever they try to login now.

I was able to run FSRT but I'm not entirely sure what to do for a fix, if anything.

Any help would be appreciated.
