Good night:

My client has the same problem in his server, the malware still generate the assm.exe and the malwarebytes (and Panda)

detect it every minute attached in the path:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL12.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\SqlManagement\assm.exe

I follow your instructions and attached the files you ask for
