Greetings,

No cause for alarm, it's quite normal.  Along with adware, PUPs and some malware, ADWCleaner now also detects many common preinstalled applications that ship with many Windows PCs in order to aid performance by removing unnecessary applications (most of the apps installed by system manufacturers are unnecessary with the exception of drivers and they often launch on boot and run in the background consuming resources and slowing boot times).

Removing the detections is of course up to you, so if you wish to keep the preinstalled applications you may have ADWCleaner ignore them.  The easiest way to do so would be to right-click on each and select the option to ignore them or you may exclude them manually via the instructions in this support article.
