VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore malware

Hello I've run Microsoft Safety Scanner a few times now after running a full scan with Malwarebytes. Malwarebytes picked up nothing but MS Safety Scanner flagged VirTool:Win32/DefenderTamperingRestore. It got rid of it 2 days ago. Now 2 days later Microsoft Safety Scanner has flagged the same virus (I've Googled it's a trojan, but am unsure). Understandably, I am very concerned.

Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Kind regards,
Yasmin.

Hello Nasdaq,

Thank you for your assistance.

When going to Windows Defender to delete quarantined files, Protection history showed "No recent actions". I've attached PDF screenshot of same for your information.
I went to Event Viewer and followed the steps with success.

Please find attached FRST.txt and Addition.txt files as requested.

Much obliged. Thank you.
