Unblock a site

Hi there,

A user is getting the following message when they try to go to the site hxxps://www.olli.udel.edu

 

Malwarebytes is rejecting the link for phishing and now is blocked for too many invalid connections.

 

Is this message being generated by a central blacklist or something on their system?  If it is centrally maintained, can you please remove the site?  The site was brought down by heavy traffic during the period that this user was trying to access it which resulted in the invalid connections.

I see no blocks on any of my 4 browsers. Can you get a screenshot or even a log showing the block.

Also the ending period should not be there in the link.

Neither the domain nor the IP range is currently in our database, please post the logs which show the block. Once we have that data we'll review it, thanks.

I have successfully accessed the site on Windows 10 using both Firefox and Chrome.  That means there is currently not a phishing block.  "Too many invalid connections" sounds like a paraphrase for a DNS configuration issue.  That could also be my misinterpretation of the user's words as well.
