I have Malwarebytes premium trial and every day it finds around 40 threats and quarantines them. After I restart as prompted, there are 0 threats scanned.

If I restart the second time immediately after, it finds around 40 threats again.

These include: PUP.Optional.PCVARK, PUM.Optional.DisabledSecurityCenter, Malware.Heuristic, Trojan.BitCoinMiner, Adware.Elex, and also PUP.Optional.Restoro( I installed Restoro, deleted it ages ago but apparently it shows up on my malware list now??? )

Also I thought that after each scan I quarantined all the files, but when I took a look into history, most files were removed or replaced

, but I realised that with third of the files it says: "No action made by the user" .

Does it mean that I accidently did not click on "quarantine" but ignored it or is malware protecting itself from being removed?

I looked into for help on this forum and found a thread from 2018 ( https://forums.malwarebytes.com/topic/222481-malware-keeps-coming-back/ ), which was answered by user Aura, but the fixlist file is not there anymore, so I cannot follow her instructions.

Is there any set of instructions or this fixlist.txt file available that I can use? Thank you for help.
