pup.risktool.callpay.io

I've got an odd thing going on. Malwarebytes is detecting something called Android/PUP.Risktool.CallPay.Io in a number of programs, both installed (Like Netflix) and system applications (like Photos). I told Malwarebytes to uninstall the Netflix app and redownloaded it from the Play store, and upon a second scan it still found the issue. What're my next steps, if uninstalling and redownloading from a trusted source doesn't resolve the issue?
