Auto connect not auto connecting

My Malware Bytes Privacy program will not áuto connect''.

It has been this way for the past few weeks and I have to manually connect each day.

I have the latest version of MBP and have tried rebooting my computer.

I have another computer and laptop with the same version of MBP and they áuto connect' OK.

Any ideas?

You did not do the support tool correctly. We need the logs here to assist. What you ended up doing is creating a support tick that will take 5-7 days for response.

If you do not have the zip on your desktop, Run the tool and follow these instructions.

    Place a checkmark next to Accept License Agreement and click Next
    You will be presented with a page stating, "Get Started!"

    Do NOT use the button “Start repair” !
    Click the Advanced tab on the left column
    Click the Gather Logs button
    A progress bar will appear and the program will proceed with getting logs from your computer
    Upon completion, click a file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to your Desktop. Click OK
    Please attach the ZIP file in your next reply.
