Dear Everyone,

My first topic on this forum.

I have a strange problem.  I have a PC with Windows 7 x64 wich works fine. I have some programs wich dont work with Windows 10 so that is why i didnt upgrade yet.

When i do a manual scan for infections there is a logfile being created. In the previous version i clicked on the logfile and could delete the log file.

I just updated to the newest version of malware bytes and now i cant delete the log file. I get the dialogbox to delete the file. I click yes but then nothing happens.

The previous version didnt have that problem. Can you help me?

I can delete the file by going to C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Scanresults but that isn't the solution. It should also delete in Malwarebytes.

I Hope you can help me.

PS Protection Mode is off.

I would  also recommend creating exclusions between Malwarebytes and Your AV to help prevent any possible conflicts or performance issues.  Please add the items listed in this support article to Your AV 's allow list(s)/trust list(s)/exclusion list(s) particularly for any of its real-time protection components and likewise add Your AV 's program folder(s) (likely located under C:\Program Files and/or C:\Program Files (x86)) to Malwarebytes' Allow List using the method described under the Allow a file or folder section of this support article and do the same for its primary data folder which is likely located under C:\ProgramData (you may need to show hidden files and folders to see it).

I am having the same problem on 2 pc's.  Reports can no longer be deleted from MBAM   - only be manually deleting them from  C:\ProgramData\Malwarebytes\Scanresults.  Seems to be a bug in  MBAM Version 4.1.2.  Appreciate any help on this as I don't like to scroll thru weeks of logs each time I check them.

The issue should be fixed in an upcoming update. For now, yes you'd need to manually remove if wanted.

Thanks
