Can Hackers Remotely Uninstall Malware

I am writing a book that a lot of people don't want me to sell.  They feel they have the write to hack my laptop. I have no doubt spyware is on this laptop.  This is my 6th laptop. 

I keep having to create new passwords every time I log in on anything.  After creating a new password, I am redirected to the log in page.  Type in the new password like submit.  It again says the username or password is invalid.  I JUST CREATED A NEW PASSWORD.  HOW IS IT INVALID?  Since 2015 this keeps happening.

Having pictures removed and words changed on the website I am designing.   Which mean they got my password to get access to the part you can design my website.

They did that in 2017 when I hired AT&T to design my website. Which I never published on the internet because I am sure they put malware to steal customers credit card information.  I couldn't take that chance.  The lady at AT&T told me she didn't make those changes.  Which means that got the password to AT&T to make those changes on my website.

I bought this laptop in September 2019.  Hired a young male to design my website.  I was not in his presents when I set up the username and password.  We met at the library.  I placed this laptop in front of him.  I see him type the word Rootkit in the password part.  I asked him why he did that.  He told me he did that by mistake.  He knew he shouldn't have done anything until after I type in the username and password.  I read the word Rootkit is malware.  Is that correct?

I scan my laptop every morning before I use it with Norton.  Installed Malwarebytes yesterday.  Both don't detect anything.

My question is can they remotely uninstall their malware when I start to scan?  Then put it back on my laptop after the scanning process is over?  That is why it shows no malware?

Though technically feasible I have not seen such behavior before myself. The vast majority of attacks are all automation blasted out to millions of computers in the hopes of finding exploits or weaknesses to gain access.

Let's go ahead and scan your system and see what we can find and go from there.

 

Please run the following steps and post back the logs as an attachment when ready.

STEP 01

• If you're already running Malwarebytes then open Malwarebytes and check for updates. Then click on the Scan tab and select Threat Scan and click on Start Scan button.
• If you don't have Malwarebytes installed yet please download it from here and install it.
• Once installed then open Malwarebytes and select Scan and let it run.
• Once the scan is completed click on the View Report button, then the Export button and save the file as a Text file to your desktop or other location you can find and attach that log on your next reply.
• If Malwarebytes won't run then please skip to the next step and let me know in your next reply.

STEP 02

Please download AdwCleaner by Malwarebytes and save the file to your Desktop.

• Right-click on the program and select Run as Administrator to start the tool.
• Accept the Terms of use.
• Wait until the database is updated.
• Click Scan Now.
• When finished, please click Clean & Repair.
• Your PC should reboot now if any items were found.
• After reboot, a log file will be opened. Attach or Copy its content into your next reply.

Please download the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. You can check here if you're not sure if your computer is 32-bit or 64-bit

• Double-click to run it. When the tool opens, click Yes to disclaimer.
• Press the Scan button.
• It will make a log (FRST.txt) in the same directory the tool is run. Please attach it to your reply.
• The first time the tool is run, it also makes another log (Addition.txt). If you've, run the tool before you need to place a checkmark here.
• Please attach the Additions.txt log to your reply as well.

Once again this anti-virus just like ALL the rest detect nothing.  Microsoft Defender would not allow the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool to download.

This is THE badest malware on earth.  That nothing can detect it.  I am positive they are causing havoc around the world.  Because they know nobody is going to do anything about it.

The guy I used to date, his Ex he was shacked up with and her two grown kid hired a hacker.  As I am typing this to you it took me to another page in this forum.  Then I had to locate this page I am typing to you.  They blame me for him moving out.  Which he wanted to do a year before I moved to Chicago and met him.  They got my social security number.  My daughters and my friend and her brother's also.  Using them.

Also AGAIN, I could not log in here so I could reply to you.  My password word or username was invalid. I had to create a NEW password.

The thing about it I know how to go after these people but can't get anyone to help.

Went to the FBI.  Told they only help businesses.  Told me to go to the Police.

I did. Female cop refused to make a report about the hacking and people coming into my apartment every time I leave out damaging my things.  Come home from work in 2015, my door was wide open.  Now I have to carry almost everything with me when I leave.

Guess I will have to buy another laptop.  This time I am designing my own website.  So I won't have anyone typing in Rootkit in the password part of the log in.

I had a guy to take everything off in June.  Then reinstall Windows. But that malware is still in my laptop.

These hackers are good.  That's all I got to say.  They are good.

Simply tell Windows SmartScreen or Windows Defender to allow FRST

I can promise you that unless you're on the FBI top 10 wanted list you're computer is not being attacked by someone with that kind of skill set. Thousands and thousands of users are hit with automated malware, often Ransomware type so that it can try to get money from people. We have helped many people clean up their computers if you follow the directions provided.

I have updated the instruction to include how to bypass SmartScreen and you can open Windows Defender and disable Real Time protection temporarily if needed.

Temporarily disable your antivirus or other security software first. Make sure to turn it back on once the scans are completed.

STEP 01

• If you already have Malwarebytes installed then open Malwarebytes and click on the Scan button. It will automatically check for updates and run a Threat Scan.
• If you don't have Malwarebytes installed yet please download it from here and install it.
• Once installed then open Malwarebytes and select Scan and let it run.
• Once the scan is completed make sure you have it quarantine any detections it finds.
• If no detections were found click on the Save results drop-down, then the Export to TXT  button, and save the file as a Text file to your desktop or other location you can find and attach that log on your next reply.
• If there were detections then once the quarantine has completed click on the View report button, Then click the Export drop-down, then the Export to TXT  button, and save the file as a Text file to your desktop or other location you can find and attach that log on your next reply.
• If the computer restarted to quarantine you can access the logs from the Detection History, then the History tab. Highlight the most recent scan and double-click to open it. Then click the Export drop-down, then the Export to TXT  button, and save the file as a Text file to your desktop or other location you can find and attach that log on your next reply.
• If Malwarebytes won't run then please skip to the next step and let me know in your next reply that the scanner would not run.

STEP 02

I couldn't get into this forum. 

Got the page 504. I signed out and closed the tab last night.

Then got the usual,  username or password wrong.  I just CREATED a NEW one last night.  So I responded back to you in my gmail account.  I did get a response saying 9:47 AM.  But I am  just now getting it saying this email is not monitored.

So, I go and create a new password to get into this forum to respond to you.

So I am copying then paste what I typed to you this morning.

When a person HATES. They hate.
My cousins personally know the former President Obama.  In my book, I am writing about that. People assume because of the (Now Old Title) Hell is where President Obama's secret love's daughter put me. That it will break up his marriage.
I live in Chicago.  You think Obama doesn't know about this?  Michelle was born here.  Her mama lives here.  Somebody has told them.

How it got to this point.  In 2010, I met a guy.  A year before I moved to Chicago, he wanted to move out shacking up with a female and her 2 grown kids plus a grandchild.  He got tired of being the only one paying the bills. They don't believe in working.  And she didn't take care of his needs.  The place they were renting went into foreclosure.  So they would have no choice but to move.  This gave him his out.  He and I are not together.  He is now involved with someone 20 years younger than him. 

She, her kids especially her son blame me for him leaving.  Since 2011, I have received emails saying, I hate you.  Get out of my life.  Do I have to commit suicide to get away from you? Hunt Hunt Never Let It Rest.  I am the it.  Had things thrown at me. Called bitch and *****. Followed everywhere. Hollered outside my window to go back home.  Nobody cares about you here. I am from Indianapolis, Indiana.

Take my picture sending it out to everyone they know.  And told their friends to do the same. So, most people here in Chicago know what I look like. 

Come home one day about 7 young kids blocking the front door.  I pushed my way through them to get in. At the grocery store block me in with their carts.  A person behind me.  One in front of me.  One on the side of me.  So, I can't move. Different times people come into the aisle I'm in and say the words I just asked an Wal-Mart employee where an item is at. Like I asked, where is the Marzetti Coleslaw dressing. This black man kept saying we got to get Marzetti Coleslaw dressing over and over again.  Wanting to make sure I heard him. I was in Tennessee visiting my daughter for the 4th of July holiday. I think this was a Obama supporter. Not a family member of the guy's ex. Also had this white couple follow me and my daughter around Wal-Mart the same day of the coleslaw incident. Husband said, "Looks like we are following you."
 
Come into my apartment EVERY time I leave damaging my things. Since 2011 when he left.  At the laundromat one day.  Took my wet clothes out of the washing machine.  Took them over to the dryers.  Come back to sit down.  I see my hair tie I use to make a ponytail with my hair sitting on my luggage I brought my clothes in. It was in my apartment when I left.
I bought a car in 2015. That first night of having the car, they put a huge dent into the hood.  Constantly cracking the black part of the trim around the passenger rear view mirror.  Hit by another car in the back.  I feel on purpose.

They hacked every cell phone and laptop I have bought. I am sure his cell phone. They are obsessed with having to know everything he does and who he talks to. And also me.  That is how they found out about my book. 

Hacked my laptop in 2014 when I first started writing about Obama. And I was still seeing this guy.  When I first met this guy he asked me did I know how to use a computer.  I told him yes.  He told me not to make fun of him.  But he didn't.  To me that meant his ex's 2 grown kids including her didn't either. Or they would have taught him.  
They probably asked around to find hackers.  And had that person to put a virus on it. Got an email saying it was worth the money.

After turning it on nothing happens.  But a noise that sounds like a ghost making that spooky noise.  Took it to a repair guy.  He told me it had malware on it.  Said he took it off.  But, I didn't have $95.  Plus, to me once a malware has been installed into the hard drive it is there permanently.  Buying a new computer is the best thing to do.

A anti-virus only costing $59 is not going to find THIS malware they hired this hacker. The malware is hiding extremely well.  I will need that penetration testing costing thousands of dollars.    

I hired this young white kid in September 2019 to design my website.  He suggested Go Daddy.  I was not near him when I signed up for it.  I met him at a library.  Put my laptop in front of him.  He typed the word Rootkit in the password part.  I asked him why he did that.  Told me it was a mistake.  I feel that word caused this laptop to get spyware on it. 

June 4 of this year.  Took this laptop to a guy. He completely took everything off.  Then re-installed Windows 10.  This time I had the money to pay. And maybe new more effective things out here now to clean out malware.  But, it didn't work.

I am doing my website myself this time.  I see pictures I put on the website disappear.  Words I typed gone and new words put in.  Other pictures made bigger and some smaller.  I didn't do it.  The same thing happened in 2017. When I hired AT&T to design my website so I could sell my book.  The lady told me she did not make those changes.  So, I never published that website.  Fear they installed malware to steal customer's credit card information and use it to steal money for themselves since they don't believe in working a 9 to 5 job.

I can go on and on of things done to me at home in Indianapolis and Hilton Head, South Carolina. 

Went to the FBI about the hacking because I saw they have a Cyber Department. Told they only help businesses.  Told to go to the Police. I did. I  wanted for them to write a report about the hackers and breaking and entering my apartment.  The female cop refused.  All Obama's Supporters.

And if you are an Obama supporter, guess I am on your your hate list now.
