Ransomware (NILE) .nile virus took place on my pc

.nile ransomware took place so i followed the steps of removal with help of malwarebytes , at the moment my pc is in safe mode networking and doing a full scan on all 3 drives with rootkit on.

The duration has been 7 hour and still going and threats are around 291 uptil now.How much time the scan will take.

after the scan completion will it remove this ransomware, and if it does will i be able to retrive my encrypted files which are all now .nile extensions.

We can scan and remove infections but any data that has been encrypted may or may not  be able to be decrypted. We do not do any decryption ourselves.
