Hello,

I received a call from one of your customers that our website is being blocked, marked as being a "Trojan Horse". Our site is not infected. Can you please fix this so the user can access their account on our website? Thanks for the help.

Unfortunately I don't have one as I'm not a customer. A user of our site is the one using the Malwarebytes and they brought it to our attention. As a side note, he did say that he saw something mentioning "acsbap.com", which could be the issue. I saw another forum post referencing that being blocked for some reason, but you have removed it. Maybe after that is fixed it won't flag our site.

Will they receive the database update automatically or will they need to do some kind of manual update?
