Probably not most .top sites are blocked by default.

I was just adding more info for staff to research.

Now I got an actual block from Chrome on the download. Will look for an alternative in the mean time...

If you want the file tonight then temporarily disable the Browser Guard extension. Then download the file and re-enable the Browser Guard extension.

Someone should review further tomorrow.

Firefox allows the download.  When the downloaded file is run through VirusTotal, it is classified as malware by one source.

Chrome blocks the download, but it blocks the download also when Browser Guard is turned off.  It is being blocked by Chrome.

The user can use Firefox to download the file and take his chances, or take the issue to Google.  Malwarebytes is not involved with this one.

The file is being heavily blocked so it seems like a good indication to pass on this one. Thanks.
