New computer / add license ?

Hello eveyrone,

 

I've just bought a new computer and I would like to go from 1 to 2 registered computer on my MalwareBytes account, but can't find any solution to do it without have a whole new package.

 

Does anyone knows if there is a way to do it ?

I'm very sorry but no, currently at this time it's not possible to add a license. I was just in a meeting on Friday though and they said that they are working on a solution to allow this in the near future.

You can open a ticket with Support and have them assist you if  you like.

Once you've created the ticket please let me know the number so that I can try to get someone to assist you faster. Normal wait time can be 3 to 7 days due to high volume.
