Last time I clicked Search for Updates in the About tab, it showed Downloading ... then Installing ... twice. There is a very considerable number of pending file renames that Windows has that require a Windows RESTART. Please be real sure to do that at your next chance. Then let us know after that is all done. If after that, if no joy, then this needs either a Repair run with the support-tool, OR else a clean-reinstall with the Support-tool.
