Trojan alert when opening Excel

I seem to have the same problem as:

When I open the Excel application or any excel file, I get the following error:

But the Domain provided is my email provider/server.

AS suggested in the other person's post, I have run the support tool and gathered the logs. Attached.

I have run an update to verify I am on the most current version:

I have moved your case over to the False Positive section so that the internal Malwarebytes web protection team will review the "block'.

Meantime, since that address is your host ISP or host-email provider, next time you see a block just like that one, that lists "telusplanet.net"  then click the button "Manage exclusions" so that address gets put into your local MB4 exception list.

Yes, add the exclusion.

Thank you. Added telusplanet.net as an exclusion. Noticed I also get the trojan warning when opening Word application, just hadn't done that since July 1st. Not sure what changed July 1. Upon checking looks like I updated to Windows 10, version 1909 (2) June 30. Did not have a problem before this.
