Need Help Removing Persistent Adware.Yontoo

FRST, Addition, and Malwarebytes Scan Log attached.

I've tried reinstalling windows saving files and a clean install of windows but Adware.Yontoo came back once I moved my files back onto my PC and installed Chrome.  Also tried resetting chrome settings but it just keeps coming back.  Any help is appreciated!

I was able to get this to stop coming back by removing search engines in chrome.  Settings>Search Engines>Manage Search Engines>Other search engines.  Deleted all of them, re-ran malwarebytes, restarted.  Viola!
