Hardhead Posted July 7, 2020 ID:1392610 Share Posted July 7, 2020 (edited) Hello Brandon, Lets try a little different approach 1. Go to control panel and Uninstall Malwarebytes Privacy. 2. Uninstall Wintun from control panel. Reboot OS. 3. Go to Device Manager and uninstall device WinGaurd Tunnel and reboot OS. 4. Go to download Malwarebytes Privacy here and try once again and when you install Malwarebytes Privacy it should automatically put back the driver that has the yellow explanation mark and should be okay. Post back and see if that fixes your issue with Malwarebytes Privacy. Be sure to have the key you have purchased to enter once you get started again. Followed exact steps still not working The driver only shows up in device manager when I attempt to turn on privacy app dissapers when it fails to connect Its not under hidden devices either. You will probably have to run the Malwarebytes support tool and I will let someone from support or Staff advise you what to do and what logs they need to get you up and going.
