false positive: trojan.agent on all files in one folder

I just installed malwarebytes yesterday and have the latest updates. A full scan falsely reported trojan.agent on all files in one particular folder on my d: drive (over 300 files total), including plain text files like readme.txt and harmless .html files. The folder contains mostly FTP, web log analyzer and other such web utility programs.

It did not report any trojans on some of these same files that are also present on another drive, and continued reporting the trojan after downloading fresh copies of programs and reinstalling in the same folder on the d: drive.
